Wanted enemies are enemies with a level in their name. So John the Big Guard (level 20) is a wanted enemy. Rare enemies are the enemies with colored names.
Slimes yes, they have higher defense than most monsters before floor 3. No wolves. Not lizards but there are lizardmen, be careful with them the more you haven't subjugated yet the stronger they each are, you don't have to worry about them until Floor 3 though. There are goblins, they're relatively weak. No futas. No succubus. No tentacle monsters. There are human enemies but I wouldn't call them regular as there are different types and grades. As far as monsters go there are orcs, they have the power to buff all other enemies in the combat until they are subjugated, also the Floor 4 boss is a yeti but you shouldn't have that much trouble if you've reached the highest possible level for floor 4 and have sufficient training edicts and all the halberd edicts up to that point. (there's general halberd edicts which don't have restrictions aside from the fact that you can only upgrade your halberd once per floor clear, and there are offensive and defensive halberd specializations which you can only have one of, if you take an offensive specialization halberd edict then any defensive ones you had are undone and if you take a defensive one then any offensive ones you had are undone. Pick the offensive specialization.) I think there are other prisoner types but I can't remember which ones.Okay, This is on my watch list.
As for the monsters, what will it be consist of?

You don't. prisoner mode is designed to be a bitch and it's basically unclearable

You can get 3 edict points in prisoner mode the exact same way you get 3 edict points in any other difficulty.

not really. unless you wanna have Karryn fight her way through all levels. then Prisoner Mode isn't really feasible. but turning her into a super slut and gaining at least one sex skill passive early on will definitely make things easier. handjob especially since that doesn't do much pleasure damage to Karryn
even level 4? will need a lot of grinding with only 2-3 edicts per day (or 1-2 if one didn't get the "partially restore bureaucracy" edict). slut build is so much easier...until of course it blows over and she starts orgasming in every alternate move lol
For me personally, Level 4 is much easier compared to Level 3. Werewolfs and Yetis aren't a Threat at all, since you can oneshot Werewolfs and with enough AGI, Yetis will never even hit you. The only new thing that is dangerous are Lizards calling for reinforcements but at this point you should have stuff like Skewer and Cleave to quickly take care of them. Maybe I was just lucky in my last fighter run, maybe I will try one again these days.
