If that's a thing you want in the game, learn how to do it yourself. I'm sure it's possible with some effort.
Learning to code it is one thing, tough but doable with a lot of time and effort, but making good enough assets is probably beyond something most people would be capable of without a massive amount of training. The preg mod got away with adding in about 7 images and all/some of them were just sourced from found images. Something like this poster describes would need a ton of custom variations or it would look like shit. You could always commission them if you really wanted to I guess.

Certainly not my thing, but as long as this is behind an option with ON/OFF. I don't mind.
But there's already tons of things that could improve or extend this game experience... There's some chances that your idea will be at the bottom of a very long list.
If they not totally drop the game after the release.
I really hope that will not be the case, so much potential!
Sometimes, I feel sad for the guys that disregard RPGM games because of the engine, and miss this gem.
That is interesting. So many fans repulsed by the idea of adding watersports to the game, yet so many delighted with more 'realistic dicks', including canine knots on werewolves.
I feel like that may be comparing apples to oranges. I don't think there has been any sentiment expressing delight at the greater dick variety, more that people were weirded out by fantasy race creatures being represented by human penises so are happier with the greater variety for improved immersion. Of course people who are into cross species fetishization were into it more intensely but that only made up a portion of those who were okay with the idea.
Watersports on the other hand is a more divisive fetish by nature. The idea of people pissing during sex, let alone the more activities involved in the fetish does invoke a deep sense of visceral disgust from some people and it isn't unreasonable for these people to express there lack of approval for its inclusion so long as they do so respectfully. The same of course applies to those who disapprove of the realistic penises, such people just happen to not be around in thread for whatever reason.
Also your post makes the weird assumption that being into one fetish means you must like other fetishes as well, there is no particular reason to believe that an armpit fetishist must also have a vore fetish or that a furry might not be deeply uncomfortable with the fetishisation of feet. The nature of fetishes is deeply personal to the individual and people are allowed to express like or dislike whatever fetishes in any combination they please so long as it remains in the bounds of the site rules.

I will add my point of view regarding the addition of a new mechanic (watersports in this case)
Improvements to an existing feature, represented in previous argument by variety of penises for already added races/characters. Is in no way comparable to adding a completely new feature which would quite likely interact with many other already existing features built in to the game. Speaking strictly from the amount of work needed perspective. And this far into development cycle, adding or changing core mechanics of the game/application are usually a recipe for disaster. Their track record of having bugs in each new version speaks for itself and as such, i do not dare to imagine what would happen if they were to implement something that would supposedly affect majority of events/fights and as such would have to interact with many other mechanics. I was under no circumstance trying to be negative about their dev work with my previous statement.
I love the game and appreciate the work being put into this.

It's pretty cool that dicks have some variety btw, lot of more job for Sachinama for sure, but that add some extra spice to the game.

for me, and i am probably in the minority, i would enjoy the game more with just humans. i disliked the new cock art so much, i edited the img files to remove slimes, werewolf and goblin/orc dicks, and changed them to human. i also have not seen any werewolf sex scenes as i removed all sex skills for them, did the same to lizards too. if i could easily get rid or the yeti i would. i have no interest in bestiality at all. but as i said i think i'm in the minority here.

in rem karryn you can edit clothing damage, but it is for all enemies. you can try the edict for bait goblins (or something like that) it might help
