iirc there's an option to turn off that button canceling prep phase in which case u can just tick that and be fine

Not only is that will take way too much work with sprites, it'll also make the game more brutal in mood - imagine prisoners beating Karryn with her being pregnant? Not that i can't take it, but it will change the atmosphere a bit. And also adding all the baby stuff... And even if you want just cum inflation, this will take a lot of time still, reworking almost every art and sprite, cutscenes and reactions. So the answer is probably yesn't - we may get endings with pregnancy, but no way they'll actually be able to add it during the story.
I didn't mean anything that elaborate. Certainly nothing with pregnancy. Just sex scenes with very large insertions. The yeti encounter would have been perfect for that but her back is turned towards the player.
