Unfortunately thats not going to happen Rem is currently on a hiatus, in regards to game dev - and the writer/artist Sachinama is currently working on a minor game on the side. Meaning neither are currently looking at the game.
However the CCMod is pretty good alternative for the pregnancy albeit it is very "lightweight" in comparison to what a full official pregnancy mechanic would allow for.

And as for the nursery(Do you mean infirmary?) currently nothing of the sort is being made officially and probably wont be either. So fingers crossed for a modder i guess.

the artwork style consist of 5 layer. base_color define shape, shadow cast define it volume, light, hightligh, and overlay shadow that cast from another part. after find the correct rgb its seems to work. with this way possible to color its skin dynamically

But I have only one request, to finalize the P-CUB DLC. Add the paizuri ability where it doesn't exist, but should exist. For example, in the punishment scene at level 1 or level 2. Or during Bloujob.

I myself have already assembled an image from real elements from the game. As an example. I’ll post it here, maybe someone will open it and try to implement it. Alas, I myself am not that good at scripting.

for lack of the ability to play the game on my system {Mac :(}. I have been playing the game on Gamcore where it is hosted in my browser, I wish that version had all of the mods available in it as I have beaten the game a couple times already, and wish it had the pregmod.
