I believe the ninja enemies on level 2 are the characters that initiate rimjob stance, which is the most reliable way to increase mouth skills.
The square jawed regular prisoner also starts blowjob stance I believe?
If you manage to get your mouth desire limit high enough, than losing to any encounter on level 1 will have the enemies take you into the bar backroom where the only skills they force on you are handjob, and blowjob.
Anyone else getting extreme lag while opening the weapons, accessories, and titles menu along with saving taking much longer than usual? Everything else works smoothly. It seems to be tied to save files as a fresh save doesn't have that issue. I'm not sure if it's a mod issue since it doesn't go away if the mod folder itself is gone and I just freshly installed the game too.

According to the diagnostics mod, it's currently using 92.25% of 32 gigs of RAM. What the fuck? Task manager shows it only using 6K. Either way how do I reduce memory usage?

It's in the Research tab. You have to repair Research first, then hire a lawyer, then repair the staff lounge, all the while crossing your fingers that Level 2 doesn't riot making you restart your progress as you have to re-repair said facilities to put the law in practice.
