Mediocre game at best. Very cliche and unbalanced as hell.
Plus no variativity in gameplay terms. Example: Game IMPLIES that you may complete it without corrupting your character, but it's literally impossible due the way the game is designed. After first level protagonists begins to reveice arousal from each attack she makes. Once you reach 35% arousal - Karryn begins to be sexually frustrated, which lowers her stats to the ground, making the game impossible to beat even on normal. And the only way to remove this status is... sexual activity. Which corrupts your hero and ruins pure route.
Only sex route is also broken, since you'll be overspammed by enemies eventually. So basically game has only one way to complete it with zepo replayability.
All this makes Karryn's prison really dull and irritating game. No indea how it is got certain reputation, because it's nothing if you check it for real.
You're exaggerating a bit—perhaps because you don’t fully understand the game yet, which is completely understandable. I don’t blame you for it. The developer didn’t do a great job explaining the mechanics and seems to expect players to fail at least once and learn through repeated playthroughs. Some people enjoy that kind of trial-and-error gameplay, but I can't say I’m one of them.

It’s true that Karryn starts experiencing pleasure even when attacking, but this doesn’t happen right from the start—you need to unlock certain passives first. The issue is, the conditions for unlocking these passives aren’t visible in-game, so you’ll have to look them up online if you want to know what triggers them.

You can remove the "sexually frustrated" debuff by having Karryn masturbate—and possibly orgasm. I'm not entirely sure if the orgasm is strictly necessary for the debuff to disappear.

Completing the game on a "pure" run isn't impossible, but it does require a deep understanding of the mechanics. For instance, masturbating doesn't immediately invalidate a pure run—but doing it repeatedly can eventually unlock passives that make the pure ending more difficult to achieve. Check out
