thank you for suggetion, i tried it and i hated it, its TOO SLOW and design is very counter intuitive
i literally had no idea what to do and there is no management or complexity to this at all

Well that's the optimal completionism run.
Sidejobs are a bit of a trap, it's really not sustainable in a long run and the game is on a timer, I'd suggest you farm it to unlocked basic combat edicts.
Then go full money makers edicts like workshops, keep order as low as possible.
What you want is double down on crits with str and dex, for you will need to get into as much battles as possible, end them as soon as possible with crits to get into more battles.
The longer combat goes the worse it would get exponentially, despite how it looks like,crit dice roll is the most consistent way to win.
Also enable you to save scum, that push to win button is then available and for this game nobody can judge.
You'll get a lot of skill xp and gold to overcome high pleasure bars and exhaustions.
That is it.

i also run this shit on secretary because its the only difficulty that let me afford anything once i get to 3rd floor

You should've downloaded the zip file or clicked the download button and unzip the contents not the master.
You can lower invasion chance through edicts, particularly the invasion chance effects.
The camera in office edict and through fighting naked alot or losing to guards in the yard/front gates is another way for scenes in the office.
Slut build is slow and takes forever so mostly clear runs through Agilty/Counter attack/Mind/Sadism builds.
Raise your Sadism by continuing to beat them up to unlock cockkick, if you lose then try to unlock handjob/titfuck to bring them down before you.
Game does give you the tip that having low order is more money from the Empire.
Keeping low order for subsidy money to invest in +income -expenses edict.

There are numerous custom bindings that are difficult to identify can you provide a written list or something
Better off changing all the bindings as you'd like and make your own list. In my case, there's so many keybinds that don't match the actual key that needs to be pressed. As an example: A default keybind on Numpad 2 for some reason shows as "Default (a)" in my game.
There is a bunch of title unlocks that are linked to beating the game with certain stat level and conditions. Endless mode is playable with Happy End which is the default ending. The only other is empress ending ( low slut, low corruption+virginity). There is an extra title unlock (Holy Empress) if you also manage to keep her first kiss as well.
Enemies usually take some pleasure dmg every turn based on your charm stat. The mind/agi is built around that mechanic with marbled reality boosting your charm so you finish em off in 2 to 3 turn instead of 3 min.
