Toilet have no invasion mechanic afaik so yes, it's a safe method if you have problem with too much guard aggression.

Generally it's possible to maintain 0 chance if you are careful with your edicts choice and didn't beat up or fuck with the guards outside your room for money.

Are sex builds just not viable? I am really struggling to get far but don't see the point in playing a combat build for a sex game.

currently i have problem with warden difficulty being unfair for hero challenge
who the fuck playtested this shit and why its so impossible?? i spend eternity grinding all the passives

Who said you should grind all the passives? You are setting the bar high all by yourself, you have no right to complain about how high the bar is.

How mods works? Which ones are easier to install, without making the game crash? I'm asking because i would like to make some genshin impact/wow/egyptian scenes, with some new custom poses, but no idea how to start/proceed. and i'm in the mod discord.

Sex builds are viable even in prisoner difficulty. It's about managing your stat growth and passive gains.
There is a few ways to do it (check online guides)

My standard method for sex builds, [Endurance > Energy > Dex]
a) learn kiss in floor 1
b) keeping cock desire low and force prisoner to ejaculate on the floor using kiss to learn deny external ejaculation.
c) learn HJ & BJ by getting drunk in the bar afterward, learn titjob/anal/vaginal/footjob in combat
d) dont get stripped, dont get bukakke on, get karryn naked first turn using HJ/BJ [her clothes wont get dmged if she isnt wearing em]
e) avoid strip club [sight/talk related passives are bad]
f) avoid doing too many bar side job [petting passives are crap]
g) toilet/gym sidejob to train your sex skills if needed
h) beat game, turn on cheat in free mode to lock your passive and go hog-wild w/ sex.

Hero challenge works best using combat build or tease build, agility&mind. The hero accessories are geared towards that build.

Anyone know how to unlock the self pleasure skills (grind on halbert, right arm finger pussy etc.) I've been trying different combinations and they still won't pop up. Are they part of some passives that I haven't unlocked yet?

When clothing is damaged to stage 4 (i think?) by default it cannot recover from that stage, only earlier ones. To change that go to settings of ccmod and set it to highest stage
