It's mostly about how much bodypart desire karryn has when she wants to masterbate. Not sure about the actual numbers but it's probably like 50 or 75. They are not locked behind passives afaik.
Let your mouth desire climb, eventually enemies will kiss you. After a few times, karryn will learn how to kiss. Check the desire screen to find out how much each desire is needed for particular lewd act. Enemies (and Karryn) can only do those lewd acts when karryn have enough desire for them.

Occurs on a multiple orgasm as far as I remember. Mainly by using the skill that prevents an orgasm. If you stop using it when being over 200% pleasure or you hit the limit while being over 200% pleasure, it triggers that scene.
And I believe that you unlock a passive recovery skill if you orgasm while being over 300% pleasure (a skill that recovers some purple bar points if they deplete in battle) [That though takes a lot of preperation. for everytime i load the game, its all in black, depsite you clearly listenignmenu sounds.
so i shut it down, and restart the game again... and i can eb doing this fro like 10 times, and then it nirmalizes and i canplay it without issues.

Doesnt work. I set "Post battle > clothing stages" all the way to 5 and even 10. I even increased max fixable clothing stage of the waitress job to 5, even that doesnt fix this problem. I put the tick interval to 1, I tried walking in in fort ganon and the different levels, I tried using the vanilla night mode, I tried restarting the game after making changes. Nothing works! This problem has actually been there for several months now, maybe even more than a year, why isnt it fixed yet? The only fix is to pay 50 gold to fix your clothes.

I reduced the clothes durability and it works fine during batti, but during bar and reception mini game, they just cant come off? Is the a bug or should i use original clothes during the mini games? And during the battle, they put nipple ring but i cant see it on karryn
