I think it was mentioned in the now deleted part of the Gym Feedback section of his Discord that Rem was disappointed in the sale numbers. But maybe it was just someone pulling that out of their ass so you are right, I don't know the sale numbers.
This is not comparable to the other DLCs. The Gym DLC they did need to pay the Voice actresses again, so there is much more invested behind that one. And pretty sure Rem hurt himself enough with the Gym DLC saga by promising to improve it after all the negative feedback he got and then half a year later was just nah fuck it, it is good as it is and just releases it. But I will leave it at that, since this is pointless to discuss anyway

If you are comparing them because of Remtairy they aren't the developer of MQ.

Sachinama probably was the one that did MQ, but he also worked with Rem on KP, and again, comparing them there is an obvious difference between two games.
Discord communities make everything worse. However yes 24/7 player input is bad for development. Testing groups can help but listioning to a huge group of mouth breathers non-stop will never be beneficial for anyone.

Things that should affect that is edicts that you take about guards and employing prisoners and guard aggression value which is changed with edicts and fighting/fucking guards. In this case I think its guard aggression over 30 or smth. I looked at the code but didn't find that.

That's ironic. You want to know a strawman argument? Acting like people are saying Rem should receive no criticism or feedback when in reality they are saying Rem doesn't deserve overly negative feedback.
Overly negative feedback may be based on a kernel of truth, but then the baby gets thrown out with the bathwater in a multiple potential ways. Maybe it is as simple as your potentially useful insight gets thrown out because your petulant attitude, or maybe Rem just gives up as a developer entirely.
It is important to keep things in context. This game is overwhelmingly a success. Are there things that can be improved? Of course. Will we agree with everything Rem does? Of course not. However, it is important to recognize the positive and the negative and not simply focus on the negative. Nobody is saying the game or Rem can't use feedback. I'll let you fill in the blanks about what that means they are saying.

Positive value is Rem actually being on the high ground, complete the game developmetn cycle and any additional contents are dlc,not putting false promises (not too many of them at least) edging the patrons. Looking at the majority of porn games been in development for a full decade an bugfix and 2 min of gameplay update with recycled contents every full moon.

That's not a strawman. If you read the last few pages you can see they are saying exactly that.
They blame "toxic fandom"(the people who have no control over the game other than merely providing feedback) for every shitty idea developer had(gym dlc in this case) instead of the developer(the people who made the game).

And there is no way the dev was ready for this kind of popularity nor both the positive and negative feedback resulting from it.
Not everyone handles pressure well, that's normal. And if anything, I applaud him for still updating the game no matter the pace or what he updates.
And the problem with communities is, especially nowadays, is the toxicity, and on the internet, people with very narrow mindsets love to criticize when something doesn't go their way. The 'me me me' behavior.
I've learned in the last couple of years handling those type of people is to either make them rage if I want to (nothing beats reading a post from a frustrated basement troll going crazy like a gay person in a lesbian orgy) or... simply just ignore (they hate that so much, which is a win in itself).
