For vaginal and anal, you need to get cock desire upto 85, with pussy and butt desires upto 100 respectively.
To get sex scenes there's a few things you need,
a) to have enough desire, each type have corresponding desire requirement, cock + mouth/tits/pussy/ass (check the status for more info)
b) other than kiss/cock stare/pet cock, she needs to be naked

Yeah, it's only HJ and BJ there. Only other position you can unlock in 1st floor is vaginal sex from thugs & goblins

if you keep your enemies angry, your desire gain will slow down significantly to still somewhat fight them.

RemtairyKarrynPassives.js, search for Desire Requirements and you should be able to find functions that are used to calculate them. return req; lines contain final, calculated values the game will be using for desire requirements but how you modify those functions is up to you.I am not sure how to search for the answere so I will ask my question.
