sadly there is no Special Title for this...
so while i unlocked a lot of crazy good titles its sux to not have special title for this when you get one for penis or man ass

Final fight for level 5 is slightly harder than level 3 final fight
Final boss is easy

you must kick 40 bad customers: - what does game mean by it?
Sleeping?
Black face ones?
Goblins?
aggressive?
whoever i dislike?

i normally kick:
people who order water
people who have black faces
goblins (not all of them)
Horny people (not all of them)
sleeping people (later at the end of shift or when there is nothing to do)
aggressive people (too touchy with the clothes)

and i believe i got total of 40 kicks combined, however no title

I sporadically come back to this game, have fun, delete it, then come back again. Every time, I do have fun, even if I already know what's going to happen. There's always a little twist or different strategy resulting in an interesting outcome. What a well-calibrated game.

people trying to get your drunk
people who comes horny and trying to take it on you
people who don't tip even if order was done fast
people who are trying to rape you
people who are not even people, just goblins and lizards
people who are dirty homeless guys and yet visit public bar

Its sleeping and those that start a fight with other patrons (fights happen if a black/angry faced customer is ignored for too long?) as for the other you mentioned; yeah if feels a little iffy. I don't know if kicking others besides the two i mentioned does anything besides bad rep?

i kick people who touch me and walk with 40 rep bar +70% income
most of my bars end with having 1 prisoner and 6 guards (guards never touch you)

That's just the P cup DLC, which is in the version in the first post. The breast size can be changed in the settings menu.

There is many methods, depends how are you doing now
Easiest way is to rebuild the mess haul
Soldiers in corridor will title you as hero for it and it does not create additional costs
you can always invest in the guards - Training and equipment increase the costs, but its often worth it

Cheapest and most elite way are TITLES - you can simply get some of them
when i was doing my strategy of sitting on ass in the room for 500 days i obtained all of them
excellent leader, Warden Charm 42, i even got pussy peter and disappointment on NG+ fail from prisoner
and bankrupt, sadly only rank 2, i have no idea how people obtain bankrupt 3

Strongest and most tedious way is Reception
if you get floor 1 and do reception and grind minigame
you will have tons of control


Here also difference:
Control is order influx change at the end of the day
Order is the score

you can't, once you are into cocks, you can only sleep or masturbate or finish the level
if you sleep: it goes /2
if you masturbate: it goes 0, but you can get invasion and kinks
if you finish the floor it goes 0, but things can go south
