If you are referring to the female troll, I have not yet identified the bug.
I think I'll identify the problem by the next update. ( I just don't have it showing up).
And I'll redo the poisoning (from the zombie googles).

I could not stomach them faces they look like a real person I knew who had an accident as a child and his face had a concave face. I had to avoid looking when I had to speak to him I felt sorry for him but I could not get past it. He made decent money as a Network Engineering never figured out why he did not look into facial reconstruction.
This art reminds me of it and I can not stomach it either. It really is too bad the game looks interesting but get a real artist.

I like the art and the style, But man I just dont know what im doing. Needs some sort of identifying element to thinkgs that can be interacted with/quests. I did the soup thing for mushroom man, Roamed around like 4 different maps before randomly ending up at some bridge, Forced into a fight with no stamina, Guarding didn't restore any stamina and the guard couldnt hit me to end the fight.

Have you tried to start a new game?
Maybe the problem is in the old saves?

You need to get it from Manoclius in the tower.

You can just kill three zombies and complete the quest or go another way.

Find and read the book about undead in the tower.
After that, find the right ingredient in the tower and summon the undead not through the door, but through the window.
(This plays the role of which of the three zombies you encounter first).
