Yeah i like it too! But have to agree the original aged a bit graphic wise.
I still occasionally try and read Hannah's Corruption, but the first few chapters make my eyes sick with the graining haha

try to search on f95 "universal gallery unlocker" and "universal gallery unlock" things(they are universal mods for any ren'py game).
But, they suppose to unlock already existing gallery hmmm...

Also, try to find "Universal Ren'py Mod" (URM), here on f95 too - it has a lot of functions, i think custom gallery is one of them functions too
But, more easily, just to finish the game and create million of saves during the process
