If you get a black screen, make sure to replace the encryption key from the translation in system.json with the encryption key from the system.json file you are about to replace.

It was not removed, all loli content was hidden from dlsite outside Japan, to see loli content you have to use a Japanese VPN.
Only those that were tagged as petite(loli in the new tags) were hidden.
