Regarding sexual contents, simply mark them. A game like Nikke should simply be forced to state that it contains overly sexually suggestive content.
I don't have anything against sexualization of people in general, but it has to happen ina way where it's highlighted and makes sense.The moment every women in every game has to look like a half-naked plastic-surgery model, we go back to the 80s where ever menhad to be 2 meters tall... and 2 meters wide.
We still have games like that where you control a talking brickwith muscles, but it's recognized as a trope for people that enjoy it.
Overly sexualized women all over the place is not.
Example: Skyrim has sex mods. By any means, go for it. But now imagine Skyrim had those from the start in the vanilla experience. Botox faces, huge breasts, revealing clothing only for women (even more than it already has, I mean Forsworn), etc.
I believe Skyrim would have been objectively worse if it had sexualized women even more from the get-go.
