I've done everything in the 0.6.4 walkthrough does anyone know how to start the new .7 content I've been clicking on everything to try to cause something.

To start 0.7, you need to:
Finish all the available raiding quests
Fully train Sabia's troops
Help Maply with her hellhound friend (impossible if you've enslaved the catgirls)
Help Ylva with the lakelord quest
Complete the tentacle quest with Neve
Then, rest in your tent. You'll know you've done it right because Sabia will have a dream in the night.
If you've done all these things and it's still not working, use the console command "jump orccampphase2_end" to force the event.

Anyone have an issue with the console not opening... the command is shift + O right? Doesn't work for some reason.
Does anyone know a similar game (no sex content) to this? I came for the tits but I actually enjoyed the game.

A few versions ago they edited the console files of the Ren'Py engine to alter keybinding and they also blanked the console.
I don't know if unren can solve the issue. In the case it doesn't, just copy paste the 00console.rpy from another Ren'Py game into KoD/renpy/common, then use unren.
So, question. It says to convince Tekrok (to give me troops for the raid or something) I need to wear armour. I played this game before - I assume this means orc slave armour.
Problem is I don't have that armour - but I've heard there's a scene behind this. Does anyone know how to use the console or a save editor to give me the armour

I'm not sure if the armour is the only requirement for the scene you seek but you can add the armor by typing this into the console:

Inventory.add_item(Orcslavearmor)You can open the console by using a tool like unren to enable it and then pushing shift+o while in the game.

Get the letter from the merchants, then go to the bandit camp without waiting for Neve. When you encounter the guards, choose "kill them." Things won't go well for Sabia.

How exactly do I use Unren? I've never been able to use it. I've tried before and failed.

In general unren works this way: you copy paste the bat file in the game's folder and double click on it. Then a cmd prompt opens and asks you what to do.

I did that and it just asks if it's in the game root directory even though it is there.

Works for me as of version 5.2 of the game (I'm behind), so you are pasting unren in the wrong directory.
If your game resides in a folder named KoD, it's in that folder that unren shall be pasted. Not in KoD\game and not in the KoD's parent directory.
The path of unren shall be KoD\unren.bat, where KoD is the path to the game's root folder, where Kingdom of Deception.exe is and where the "renpy" and "game" folders are.
