I assume that you have the potion since you read the walkthrough. The thing about the rescue is that it has to happen fast. You can already save Vehlis after the second or third scene and you should, because watching every scene with her guarantees the bad end.I tried to rescue Vehlis maybe 15-20 times but always leading to defeat and I dont understand.Sometimes I look to the walkthrough, sometimes I tried to figure it out but no matter how much i try just defeat.I tried with walkthrough 5 or 6 times and I exactly did the written in walkthrough but it didnt work. Why
Unfortunately i think you will probably need the help of someone who understands the code of the game. In all of my play routes this mission triggered right away after the first sleep. So i don't know if you have missed some kind of trigger or if it's even possible to get this far without exhausting every dialogue. Maybe check if there is any dialogue left for Amelia at the brothel or anywhere else around the town, but i don't have any real ideas now.Need help, the quest "false agent" won't start automatically after I rescued vehlis. I've even finished the grak quests and the part 2 of kira.
The preparations are similar. From 1. to 4. it's the exact same for every captain. As a 5. point you need to talk to Dajrab, he too gives a target on the right side of the map. It's a very straight forward one and after it's done go back to Dajrab and talk to him. Your raiding party will get a bit stronger and now it should be possible to attack the bandits.I need help with this but with Dajrab's feast chosen. I went all 3 route at first and have been following the Walkthrough but I'm getting that message "They look pretty organized" every time I try doing the Bandit Raid.
I might be wrong but I feel like Nomo's art is the only thing keeping this game somewhat alive at this point. At least that's the case for me personally.feels bad, I don't know why I like the game now it obviously deteriorated, maybe it's nomo's style I dunno but I remember this had very high hopes
Remember, actual earnest development of KoD started in 2016 -- it wasn't until 2017 for the first WIP release. Hence, at least a year should be added to that figure. ^^' Goodness gracious, thankfully, Hreinn Games got those new art assets to go live and the streamlined programming down finally (which will accelerate their development they say). So good news! If Hreinn Games doesn't throw in the towel and stick to their guns, you'll only need to wait between 16 to 50 years or so at most before KoD gets completed! Hooray! So it took them 4.5 years to reach 0.12 and almost a year from 0.11 to 0.12.
In 50 years there will be no system anymore, were you could play the game on.Remember, actual earnest development of KoD started in 2016 -- it wasn't until 2017 for the first WIP release. It can't be that hard. I've been doing it for four years running two erotic roleplaying campaigns through Roll20 and Discord. Now answer me this, how can an h-game have better writing than a majority of AAA titles? Do me one better, how can they make a more compelling story with interesting characters, while only having a very small fraction of the income?
Well, I personally disagree with the writing being better, but that's my opinion there. Now answer me this, how can an h-game have better writing than a majority of AAA titles? Yeah, most AAA games and even big online games don't have good stories these days. They're mostly just filled with BS and appeasement crap. And honestly, most AAA games are stuck in a standard of "What make the most money", and producers aren't willing to risk anything outside the "known" safe development choices.
You sound like a super fun person. Just wanted to say that.It can't be that hard. I've been doing it for four years running two erotic roleplaying campaigns through Roll20 and Discord.
Thanks. I'm always looking for an opportunity to get involved with an adult game project as a writer since I literally have years of story and lore content written for my campaigns. You sound like a super fun person. Just wanted to say that.Have an awesome day, Enigmanic! Cheers!
I also thought the writing was a little weak a the beginning too, but once you get into it there are some really good character moments and world that draw you in the more you read about it.Well, I personally disagree with the writing being better, but that's my opinion there.
I'd like to assume you are just making a joke but I've been on the internet long enough so just in case: you do know that's not how those numbered versions work in most porn games right? Usually a game jumps a number whenever substantial enough content/systems has been added but it's NOT an indication of how much total work has been done up until now.So it took them 4.5 years to reach 0.12 and almost a year from 0.11 to 0.12. Guess that implies there's still 33 to 99 more years to go. Can't wait to play the completed version! (literally)![]()
You make a valid point about the version numbering. As for the rest, that may be a little naive or optimistic....Usually a game jumps a number whenever substantial enough content/systems has been added but it's NOT an indication of how much total work has been done up until now.
Version 0.12 is not 12% of the final product, games might go from 0.55 to 0.56 and then to 1.0 very next patch because that was all that needed to be done for the final game, it's pretty much never a percentage of work needed for the final version (whether the dev calculated that or not).
That being said sometimes making porn games is more lucrative than finishing them, so who knows maybe you are right on the money with the time table. Even if the devs aren't greedy you grow attached to projects you work on and just don't want them to end. Good news is this particular dev at least fully released a porn game before so I'd say there are better chances for this project.
The amount of content in the game shoudn't have taken four years especially when so many sex scenes are just recycled assets. So many of the sex scenes are pretty much the same stuff over and over. Furthermore, most of KoD's supporters originally started following the game for the story...I don't get why people still keep on bashing the devs when shit is getting done - by their own pace.
Well that's not unheard of, people tend to LOVE negativity. In this situation it's kinda justified, but also kinda not, because they were crying nonstop for 8 months or so even before the update, playing oracles and accusing devs for nothing. Like the empty accusations of milking people's wallets and being a scam project.Y'all yelling "KOD has gone down the drain" but they literally doubled the scenes in the game with the last patch. Like, if you truly think the game is over and done for - leave the game, forget about it. Stop whining endlessly on the game, when there was obviously work put into the last update. The way I see it there are 2 options:
1 - shut up, enjoy the game, talk about it, share it with somebody else that might enjoy it.
2 - leave the game and forget about it. You don't like how it's being developed? How the team's not communicating? Vote with your wallet and don't pay for it. Simple economics.
I don't get why people still keep on bashing the devs when shit is getting done - by their own pace.
