How do you start Gobboe (goblins assasin) s quest. Are you locked out of it if you've fully corrupted the inn keeper?

You have to fully corrupt the innkeeper and then get the town's corruption to 40ish percent, from what I remember. Once that's done she shows up and you can't miss her.

i cant progress gobboes quest, while the other work fine, like the description says. gobboe doesnt trigger the next even after the day passes.

Queen Selvana should be Final sex scene
