For Itch, I think you can setup donations with it. When someone downloads your game a window pops up asking if you want to donate or not. Unsure if its still there, havent downloaded there in forever.
As for Patreon, a lot of adult devs got rocked hard by it earlier this year. Im not sure what exact fetishes got slammed, but according to its guidelines:
necrophilia
beastiality
sexual violence (this always confused me, "choke me daddy" followed by chocking, isnt that sexual violence?"
loli/shota
Incest (most incest isnt allowed, some got away with it, some managed to bypass this in some ways as well, though only a matter of time before that gets shut down as well.)
There may be more though, as its basically up for interpretation.
I just did a quick search of subscribestar, and they didnt list anything that would censor adult games, unless your adding racist propoganda into your game at some point. So, basically if youre planning to implement content that normal people would be afraid to admit theyre attracted to, such as anything mentioned above, leave patreon, as it may not be a great long term solution. Otherwise, unless your taking a stand against censorship or something, no real reason to leave patreon.
Either way, may wanna edit the op to have your subscribestar.
