I assume you have no commercial use rights over these graphics.
In any case, that's highly illegal, and the more you make out of it the more illegal it becomes.

its a mod of a game and we are aware of that.
our team are adding stuff. its not a private server or selling the game as it is.
we are not "asking money", the support we get will allow us to continue working on it.
think of witch trainer silver or any other game that uses art and music from somewhere else.
its borderline sure, but for me its a way to celebrate "old" maplestory and make it adult friendly.

I find it hard to take a post seriously from someone when it's literally the only post you have ever made, the real question is why you stirring up trouble for no reason. There is nothing illegal about Kingsfall, it's adding to maplestory which is a free-to-play game.
edit* maplestory wouldn't be the first thing that been adapted into adult entertainment, many films, tv characters been adapted into adult enterainment.

Our work falls in the zone of Parody which is very legal. Never in our Patreon does it say we are using the money we get to MAKE King's Fall, the money goes to supply custom made art as well as mod our current tool set. We have never said we created everything in the game and in fact most of what the game has at the moment works drastically different that in does to Maple. Nothing we are doing is illegal and to quote our actual Patreon page which is legally binding in the case we do get accused of Infringing on Copyright

We're not stupid. We are not claiming ownership of anything except the art which IS Legal and we have made damn certain that people understand this is a Fan-Made Mod and nothing else. Even our Patreon says we are making tools to not only help make games but to also help people make their own.

Yes there is 1 very fluid animation in the game and there are 3 flipbook. I would wait until we put out our hopefully final update for 0.2 before starting as some of the quests are jumbled up.

Some of the numbers got messed up when I made the quests and how I linked them. We will be putting out our last Bug free version on Friday. The rest of her content will be seen then.
I take what I said back, as long as the game's free-to-play, you don't use it commercially, which means it's fine.

Alright here is 0.2D which should fix everything we got reports on (Check the changelog for how the overrides are handled) as well as a sneak peek of what will happen in August as well as news on 0.2.1's development thus far.

Existing saves would have access to that exploit but new saves won't. Count yourself lucky lol

Have any QOL suggestions or maybe ideas for the game? Let us know! We want to make sure this game just isn't for us over at BGE but for you guys as well!
Game looks good. Nice and simple game play. Girls are cute and the images are nice. Wouldn't mind some actual CG to go along with potential H Scenes. Some people have said this auto saves but my data is all being lost when I turn it off which was a big turn off. I can't see the difficulty of this game ever getting there. Clicking to attack and being able to do it anywhere means the only way to make enemies harder is to raise their stats or give them crazy amounts of maneuverability. Stats can be overcome by leveling, easy to see since this game so far is super easy and you can just click til everything dies. But nothing feels like it is trying to evade you. I guess enemies could warp or enter invulnerable times. Good luck as you continue working.

The Autosave thing will be worked on more and more but it won't impede players going forward. The early game is very much easy mode so you won't always win battles with ease lol.
