How do you import an older version savegame?

just copy the .sav file into the game folder.
there's backup saves as well, if u need that for some reason (usually u don't)

this will fix a really ugly bug that will make u stuck. replace ASAP.
this bug need more testing, I think we will release a "real" patch in a week.

Baka's exe got flagged by f95 but it's completely safe. The fix will correct the way the engine is reading quests from being Seen to being Completed. This will help the Auto Bug Fixer we added so just download yours and when you load in, everything will auto load as it should have

Hey devs, can you help me out a bit?
I'm so lost right now. I did a bunch of quests but I'm stuck on the starting island. The Chief Stahn's quests won't proceed and I can't enter Mai's House as well.
Oz's quest was bugged as well, somehow spawning her mother BEFORE I did the missions for her mother (Note, I used the ticket so it's even more weird now lol).
Here's my save if anything is salvagable. I'm running on easy mode medal thing.

Oh, I just assumed it's for a quest further down the storyline lol.

that means u placed the exe in the wrong place maybe? or theres missing files.
be sure that u placed the .exe in the right place.
so, download/extract v0.2.7.7c
after that download the .exe and place it where u extracted it, it should overwrite the old .exe

if u already did all this, u can try to move the gamefolder to something like:
c:\mygames\kingsfall\
this if theres some problems with path length/strange letters in the folders.

Any way to skip the grind? I already use the cheat item at the start and STILL can't beat the armored boar.

if a monster is too powerful u need to wait until your level is high enough, focus on other missions.
Haseo usually say to check with Audish and do his missions.
also, it is harder to play if u are not using a cane/cannon + its skills.
so if u have not receive the "job" selection (cane specialist/cannon specialist) I advise to do that, your power will increase A LOT.
and that also require u to invest in INT+STR as the weapons grow in power with INT.

but if u prefer to use the "slime stick" (+ the beginner equipment) that weapon grow in power with STR.
so, it is important to add ability points depending on your choice of weapon. (I advise cane/cannon as eventually the slime stick will be underpowered in later levels)

You have a few avenues

1. Head to Rien and do all those quests. They were made to power level you very quickly
2. Skip the Boar for now and continue the Henesys storyline with Asuna and Leonore to learn Cane and Cannon Skills

Both in tandem will give you enough to overcome the boar. One or the other will at least give you a better chance

Also, you should really fix that exe or update the main post. A lot of people got fucked over by the virus stuff from a few months ago.

Awesome! And we will. We'll see how the current fixes affect Patrons and Supporters as well as The Public. In a few days, we'll update the OP so we're not pushing out multiple new bug fixes that might break other stuff.

Fixed. I'll correct The Quest Tracker for it in this next update but the progress with malady has been blocked since you chose No.
