I think its bell not ball but I went and did the potion, possessed the girl ands then was like "now what this was quite annoying already and it seems I am barely at 5% work to see any scene so bye"

Maybe it's a bug. Try resetting the quest, you should only have to wait a maximum of 1 minute.
An NPC is supposed to appear and start talking to people.
But just to be sure, you were waiting with the Shenoa character, right?

Want me to teach you, little boy? The tutorial’s not easy, but once I shove it in your brain, you’ll learn fast.

Alright, listen up. First, drag your ass to the character quest board in the loft, with Caleb, the main piece of ass you control.
Characters with a red lock mean there's a kink to discover, but you’ll need to unlock them first,that’s the green lock.
To do that, locate the character in the world, you can identify them using the info cursor.
Once you’ve found your target, use the possession cursor and click. That’ll give you the spell recipe, back at the magic table in the loft.
Now pay attention, because here comes the spoiler, sugar tits: this game has a MEMORY GAME tag.
So yeah, you might need to use your brain for once, or write stuff down if thinking makes your head hurt.
Once unlocked, go back to the board, click their kink, that’s where the fun begins. Activate the quest by clicking it, so the list of tasks shows up.
Now memorize what you need to do (unless you’re fine edging yourself with nothing at the end).
Then, use possession again to take control of the character, but this time, you’re doing the dirty work with their body.

The only quest that makes you control another character is Caleb’s tutorial quest, maybe that’s what confused you.
Anyway, unlock a character once, use their body, follow the quest steps, jerk your tiny cock. Repeat.
Need cash(wealth)? Go work at the Mall.
Need stamina? Go take a nap at the loft.
Need mana? Grab a drink, baby.
And don’t forget the bus stop or a cab, unless you enjoy dragging your ass around.
Or just save up and buy the Shoes of Speed like a smart slut.
