That was pretty good novel. Looking at some story points it was clear fandisk was planned already during game development. I liked Sylvia and Reina routes but Akane and Elle on the other hand were kinda boring for me. Music was okay I guess. This Mc is kinda better than average ones but the overall idea of plot revolving around his bad memory of childhood was kinda annoying. And as for true route...

No, there are no other guys involved in any of the sex scenes.
The only time we even see another guy be close with one girls is the MC's best friend being close with "his" girlfriend(MC's sister), and it's not a sex scene/CG just regular affectionate behavior. (Note: Even that may not be in this, I might be thinking of the fandisk).

Just bought the game from Steam for 30 bucks and what? This game has no gallery? Just why... Is there a mod for that or something 'cause it's crazy that new games have no in-game gallery.
It has: Main Menu / Extra / CG and Memory.
You should have the 18+ patch installed - at the bottom right corner should be 1.03 (R18).
Maybe not available until at least one route is completed.

Actually huge comment cause Elle 2nd scene doesn't work properly without the patch, you have the choice to let her hair down in the bath scene and without the patch her hair stays tied up no matter what.
Edit:Ummmm... ngl the game runs way slower with the 1.12 patch, the transitions when an animation plays or when you go to gallery takes 4 sec to load, so idk if the 1.12 patch is good, I'm on laptop btw.
