Really solid stuff so far! The game itself is in a really rough state tho, but given its less than a month into the alpha development of a Dev's first project I'll gladly cut it some slack. I'm excited to check back in a year or so to see how far this has progressed!
ISSUES (some subjective stuff):
- Game is ROUGH. The lack of a working quest tracker is one thing that needs urgent fixing as the game grows in content. Currently (v0.2 Alpha) you can pretty much stumble your way through the 5 or so locations and find everything you need so it isn't a big problem.
- [BUG] Talking to the bottleflinger guy from behind the chair (from north) will softlock the game if you agree to go with him.
- [BUG] Viewing the sleep grope scene in recollection leaves the animation or still image on screen even after exiting the dialogue box. I had to load an earlier save.
- No confirm prompt when trying save over an existing save file.
- Who stole the shopkeepers clothes? Why is she wearing only plain-white undies? (I might be missing a reference to some character here? If I am, feel free to think of me as an uncultured bozo. Regardless, her clothes are boring compared to the other characters)
- (Opinion) I know that story and exposition is a bit of a meme in the NSFW gaming sphere, but I think it's good to have a story be a little deeper than the MC breaking the fourth wall and saying "Hi, my name is X and I'm a Y. This is my story." That's the difference between a porn GAME and just porn. To be fair, I would not expect a fleshed out story from a project that is less than one month old (counting from v0.1) so I'm definitely hopeful.
Positives:
- Great art + it's (mostly) animated
- Good character selection
- Tons of potential
- New Dev (the more nsfw devs the merrier)
