What? As far as is depicted in-game, all the women are only ever intimate with the protagonist. Unless you let the witch get got by the tentacles, but that’s on you.
well, it is a small village, and there are not many residents. MC doesn't interact with any resident that doesn't get any content except for the boy's mother. It's not that there aren't other residents, they are just not shown.
There is no romance except for one nun really. You pretty much just have relations with people after completing a quest related to them. Even with the nun, the experience is entirely quest driven.
