The DLC are standalone mini-games featuring characters that you haven't met yet if you didn't play the main game. They are not necessary to play the main game, and don't add to it, they're played separately.

Correct. Modifications/addons to the renpy scripts requires recompiling the APK, to my knowledge, which I do not do. If you have console access available you can directly type in the script (minus the 'init 999 python:' line) to achieve the same effect.

If you have renpy console access on android, you can type in the commands from the script directly to achieve the same effect. Otherwise you're boned
