We are planning to polish/finalize the Knightly Passions base game (which was released on Steam earlier this year). We’re reading your reviews — thank you very much for taking the time to share your feedback on the game. , and we’re also trying to realize some of our other plans. This time, we’ve come up with the idea of making “dakimakura” body pillows with characters from the game on them. However, before we launch into making them, we’d like to check in with you about the idea.

Hey Y'all,

I am super stuck. I can't access the adventure in the Cave. There is a lock icon on the main map, and when I enter the Cave all the mini-map locations also have a lock on them. I have been trying to progress other parts of the game to get those to go away but nothing is working. Anyone know how to get rid of the locks?

That's what I thought at first. My Main Quest details says "I have found the right cave. Arachne, I'm coming for your head!"

Not sure what I would need to do before going to the cave.

try going to the witch and the enchanted forest. If nothing happens, then I'm not sure.

Still stuck and unable to continue the main story line. The only thing I can do is try to continue the

Any help on sorting this out would be of great help. Currently I feel like I am essentially soft locked. I attached some screenshots showing my quest journal. Anyone that can point me in the right direction for what I should do next would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!

take a screenshot of your cave adventure map. You have quest 12, so you should already have unlocked it. Maybe you are just not seeing the entrance.

things seem to be in order. I would try all these first to make sure you haven't missed a step:
1. Go to the gate in town and check for dialogue, talk to the left gate guard.
2. Go to the Armstrader and see if you can get any quest dialogue.
3. Go to the witch's hut. If she's not in the hut, then perhaps you need to advance Q29(if you have not already completed the dreams).

If you have done the above with no results, I would try interacting with the Cave.
1. At the cave LOCATION, press the circle of power(if possible)(doubt this helps).
2. At the cave DUNGEON map, just press on the left most lock, maybe it'll let you enter.

Otherwise, I have no idea. Would probably be easier just to restart. Imo, the most likely scenario is that you are missing some witch scene or the enchanted forest fight.

There are certain quests you can't do unless you progress with others, there's no indication to which of them are though. Here's a complete guide I found on youtube if you want to have a look. The quests are in order so it's pretty easy to follow.

Thanks for the help y'all! I am still stuck and I am not sure how it happened. I guess I have to just start over, which is a bit of a bummer. In any case thanks for your help and input!

Is there any order you need to install game + DLC as when I am overwrite it one after another I'm then not able to start anything.

Game crash.
