It seems that she is one of the 3 major LIs. As I remember it will be a harem game but later Rose will become LI or not depending on MC choice. But more in these comments from the developers:

Yes. It gives you a warning you should play season 1 first though, I mean if you've never played you really should, as it does't contain anything from season 1.

Already played season 1 but somehow I deleted the saves..so that's why

I booted it up while compressing it and said to select a round and said it is recommended to play season 1, but started the game, with renaming characters, etc.

Played through end of season 1 (round 9 I think where the guy with the gun ) Don't have any saves in the new update will I miss anything if i start on the new update it says round 11 did I skip something
