It seems that she is one of the 3 major LIs. As I remember it will be a harem game but later Rose will become LI or not depending on MC choice. But more in these comments from the developers:naah ...
rose and scarlet are trouble
and i cant stop laughing at this "violet-ip-man" 1-inch punch ...
but serious now - why was this removed at the cafe? why is she a forced relationship

Yes. It gives you a warning you should play season 1 first though, I mean if you've never played you really should, as it does't contain anything from season 1.
Already played season 1 but somehow I deleted the saves..so that's why

I booted it up while compressing it and said to select a round and said it is recommended to play season 1, but started the game, with renaming characters, etc.
