From what I have seen on the itch.io page, it would appear that not much was added and peeps seem to still be complaining about the lack of many sex scenes and the shitty gameplay. That, and the fact that downloading the game literally gives you a trojan horse warning, even if it is a false positive. The art style and fluidity of the animation is great, but it's a damn shame it's attached to a shitty game where there are barely any other scenes after the first main one.

You sound kind of sad about this game, haven't they added a gallery yet? Just going through all these mini games doesn't make sense in this case.
No gallery for now and the gameplay is suck but the dev is try to improve his game and have more cg i hope this game can be better in the future

Sadly the game is honestly worse than ever before.
Ridiculously bad platforming with bosses you have to cheese with just using invincibility.
Then I got to the shooting stages and accidentally hit "Q" and the game just quit and closed with no way to get back to where I was without replaying from the start. About 20-30 min down the drain.
(Hitting Q in the platforming stages does not quit the game so the dev forgot to remove this from previous versions)
So yeah... sure hope the dev puts level select back in or actual saves.
