Scene type is for viewing the H-scenes with the dialogues you choose the option for.
If you choose love option in scene type & view any H-scene from the main menu that you've unlocked, you can watch that that particular scene in love route. Same goes for rape or hypnotize.
As for ejaculation, that's the number of ejaculation you cream pie one when you press cum.

Ejaculation works in this way.
If it's set to 1, there will be 2 ejaculation. That is, one cumshot & another is ending cumshot. You know the term shooting what's left in there?
If it's set to 2 then there will be 2 cumshots & 1 final cumshot.
So, if it's set to 0 then there will only be one final cumshot. Setting it to 0 was good in his flash based games because the game would slow down after each cumshot.

• Win the "Story Mode".

No, main story mode.
Extra modes are special modes that doesn't end after battle unless you choose to do so or you lose. They do not unlock any endings.
Extra mode 1 is unlocked after "Rape End".
Extra mode 2 is unlocked after "Love End".

I haven't played this by unlocking scenes myself yet.
But what I can say is that you should not choose any dialogues that are rude or you lusting after them. Have sex with both of them at least once and make them climax with you & choose the proper dialogues.
