I have an issue whenever I go into the editor or freeplay I get a loading screen and the background music will chnage from menu music to editor music but the loading screen remains. How can I fix it?

Well, without an error, there's not much to work with.
Try to install HFpatch. Then - when you launch the game - a command line should be launched along with it in a different window.
Look there, it tracks what's loaded and maybe what errors there are.
Can anyone explain why positions are color coded?
There are white, pink, blue, green, and yellow colored positions. I think green means it is specific to this map because of certain furniture. There are no explanations for the colors in game, on the wiki, or on this forum so if someone knows please chime in, thanks.

you cannot connect to the server since its not oficial...nor do i know if its still online i mean, Illusion closed for good last year.

Hi, I wanted to ask if it is worth switching from the base game to sunshine, because I'm only interested in the character creator in KK.
I ask because I have seen character cards that have caught my attention but they are only available for KKS, I repeat, I do nothing other than create characters and then use them for scenes in Chara Studio.
Is it worth the change or should I stay in KK?

If you're only interested in character creation, then no. There way more mods for KK than for KKS.
Hey I'm having a issue where the Mod manager is unable to detect the game directory , tried to install the updated manager with a override into the old folder but it didn't work and also I can't click the icon's on the title title screen , any help would be appreciated .

I downloaded the torrent, getting lot of errors about animation manifest. I start new game and its just stuck in loading screen for hours

They are not really a mod like a zipmod. They are a graphic that can be added to a character to enhance skin effects like blush, suntan, tattoos, etc. In the body section of character maker look for skin overlays in the left menu and play around with it. I also suggest opening a card with a skin overlay so you can get an idea of how they are made such as this one I found on bepis:

Did you did a vanilla start or where your trying from the first start to convert KK cards ? If converting, the game stuck on converting at launch if it encounter a card it can't convert (corrupt card, card from the wrong game or unknow mods in the card).

Does anyone know if it's possible to edit a character from inside charastudio? I find it exhausting when I have to close down charastudio, load up koikatsu, edit one tiny thing, export it as a whole new character, close down koikatsu, load up charastudio, and recreate the entire scene with this new barely different model every time. The creators clearly have the code for the character creator already made in koikatsu, so surely there's no reason they didn't put it in charastudio and I'm just too dumb to find it, right?
