I have a question. If I download this, use it for "kinky" purposes, and then share it with others, would I get in trouble?

As long as its not for sale or depicting anything illegal you should be fine. VN's and things that use content made with this or other similar programs get away with it by not charging, "its fan/ tribute content" and then make money off subscribers with either inside looks/voting or early access, or random donations from supporters which all doesn't count as "selling" the unlicensed assets/content.
What do i need in order to run the download file?

It's not an exe. Download 7zip and "extract files". You can use another extractor but it's hit or miss.
Where do you all finds the missing mods? I often download some cards, load them and am informed that I have missing zipmods, some I can google but not all of them, even with the optional modpack and update from KKManager I still seems to lack many of them.

odds are its zipmods to go with cards using custom content that people lock behind patreon subs, the cards wont have any of the custom assets they need without their CC zipmod. Ususally you can find good enough versions that don't need the custom content, or other workarounds that dont use their zipmods. I'd just say delete the card and look for another version of it.

I've got the ones by Omega, Katarsys and AgiShark according to my Sideloader modpack folder but they were just part of the pack i got here i think.

I looked for it too and come across "ksPlug" but once I added it my game started to complain about missing zipmods that I couldn't find online, if you find anything, please share, I look for those too.
Does anyone have a fix for this problem? I'm also getting the same error after around ~5 min of loading the game.
Does anyone have or know if this character card is available? Its from an animator called Anna anon, but i cant seen to find this characters card anywhere
I dont get the gameplay loop? Can someone explain what can be done besides just fucking? I miss some kind of story or getting to know characters.

Maybe because it was taken over as a new card sharing place after the specific cars sharing thread was removed because of repeated offense of breaking the forum rules (sharing od loli / shota card and paywalled card).
