If we're on that debate, I'm actually curious what's best from an artist standpoint. I'm not even going to pretend to be moral given we're pirating artist content, but some folks like lewdgazer and a few others actually chill here and shoot the shit with us.

I think it's a better system since I'm pretty sure a few people on their f95 page are on-and-off subscribers, and they look much more appealing for it. Kokoboro's kinda only matched by ToastedMV in terms of paranoia, but it comes at the cost of their audience. A big reason why we didn't have leaks here was because the subscriber's IP address was bouncing around the screen as a watermark, but it definitely didn't endear them to the people who did subscribe to their content.

I personally try to do a tip 3-5$ to many artists, sub to a patreon for a month or something, but maintaining so many subscriptions is a bad idea. I like the noname55 route of having all access to old and new videos if you sub once, but if you maintain a sub you can add and vote on new ideas.

His very first one, the Zelda vid, pilebunked the hell out of his exposure. I think he went from nothing notorious to a solid 5 digit following within a month if that

Shame that he got more concerned with guarding his videos more than making them. He had every right to but people who woulda pirated his vids wouldn't be the type to subscribe anyhow. Other folk are content with just following their f95 threads and immediately copyright striking the links .
