This is V0.3, the dev simply forgot to replace 0.2 by 0.3 in the menu. Also if you play from a previous version save, the game will have some bugs. So you will have to start a new save for things to run smoothly.

For some of us the game simply won't progress into 0.3 content, it just says "wait for more updates" after 0.2 ends, and if we try to open a save file with further progress it just gives an exception and crashes the game. Even though the 0.3 images are in the game files and it's the correct game version, it even says 0.3 if you open credits.

i had the same probleme did u get both items ? if yes than game is bugged u need to restart

The main quests are bugged, the dev is kinda bad when it comes to tell the player what he should do.
If you are one of those that only have 3 Hinata scenes unlocked and the rest is locked in the gallery you need to have breakfast + help her make dinner multiple times until one morning you see her taking a shower. Then at noon while she is cleaning the floor she will ask you to check on Naruto and that will allow you to continue Hinata's route. (Don't forget to check the "hints" section of each character )

Also the gallery is bugged and many scenes are not in there.
