That was essentially from...I think a twitter post by kimkun when he first revealed this game. So its essentially a peek at whats to come, a concept art in a sense. So yeah this bj scene isnt actually in the game but it could be in the future.

Hinata also tries on three different sports outfits and Hinata gives Haruto a handjob, but they are interrupted halfway through and have to stop and continue the next day. And then the next day, just as they are about to continue with the handjob, the update ends.

honestly IDK wtf are you guys doing. Every single update, I do the same thing replace the authentication folder with the first method, launch the game, close it, then replace the save files and it works for me every single time. I’ve never had any issues.

About the save files. I deleted the older version of the game and installed (extracted) the newest, and my old save files are there and continue.

In this update, Kim designed many new locations, including the four houses of the Uchiha, the Hokage building, a ramen shop, and Konoha Mall. In the previous update, he designed the weapons shop and the Konoha bank. I believe that designing new locations is tiring and takes time, which explains the lack of content in the previous update and this one. However, Kim's design of the new locations and his focus on them is a sign of his desire to develop the game's story and move it forward.

For your information, the map is still unfinished; there are still many locations that are not open, and some are not even designed, more than ten locations. So if Kim wants to complete the map quickly, we will see updates similar to the eighth update in the coming times, which will include the design of new locations, the introduction of some new characters, and fewer scenes.

Method 1: Replace files in the patreon_auth folder - All versions (0.4 ~ 0.8)
Gofile
Pixeldrain

0.4 ~ 0.7 - Just download the file from the link and replace the one inside the patreon_auth folder.
0.8 ~ 0.* - Just drop it into the game folder. The patch is still fully functional.

No need to touch the patreon_auth folder inside game/build/.

Method 2: Replace files in the game folder

screens.rar V0.6 - Last version
screens.rar V0.5
screens.rpy V0.4

Drop this file into the game folder — it forces the account to become active Patreon, no matter what shows up.
Delete or rename the screens.rpyc file by adding a - at the end (e.g., screens.rpyc-).

There's no need to delete the Patreon folder—it will most likely continue to work even if the game gets updated.

If the file content opened as a page, you can download it by using “Save Page As”.
Make sure to select "All Files" as the file type when saving, otherwise it will be saved as a Text(.txt) file, which is incorrect.
The file extension must be .rpy, and the file name should be exactly screens.rpy.

Additional note: I personally haven't encountered it, but it's been reported that this method may cause a GUI error.

If you delete the Patreon folder, the game becomes temporarily playable—but it carries potential errors and could cause issues at any point.

As a Graphic Designer with a background of 6 years in architecture, I can confirm perspective drawings of buildings inside and out are no easy thing, not to mention coloring them.

If he had to do all the sketching and coloring himself, it is understandable to take some time to finish.
My main issue is that he supposedly has not one but two artists under his employment.
One confirmed in Discord, where he talked about the Hinata sleeping scene he has made, and another hired more recently.

So two months to make some backgrounds, a new scene where Hinata changes clothes and the pool scene for three people is borderline unacceptable. (The handjob scene doesn't count for me, he used already existing backgrounds and sprites, at the bare minimum two to three days of work.)
