I'm not sure if I got it right, but I think chapter 1 is incomplete, lol.
I mean, did the dev leave one chapter unfinished and start another?
The chapters are quite similar, but even so, I think chapter 2 is better done, both visually and in terms of the interface.

Oh man, I was going to download the game since it hasn't had a review in over a year, but then seeing that not only is that review the last one for Chapter 1, but that they are separating chapter 1 and 2 into two separate downloads just kills me.
No wonder nobody has left a review in over a year, who wants to deal with playing through multiple chapters of a parody game
