As I recall, the game that went the furthest into detail with baby stuff was Violated Heroine. Which may be part of the reason it never got anywhere close to finished.
Yea Violated Heroine was truly a banger (pun intended). Unfortunately the MC was underage so that was kind of a mood killer for me. That blind girl with the blue hair was hella hot tho. Hopefully the people who are still working on it add her as a protagonist later on. Haven't checked the game's progress in a while so I don't know what's new at this point.

I'm absolutely shocked at just how much worse this one is to the first one lol. There isn't even any game over rape outside of the thugs in the slums. The actual sex scenes that do exist are just basically vanilla. Here is where it gets hilarious, I actually hate this combat far more than the first game too lol. Consumables are almost worthless, special gear is also almost worthless(just go for +stat), most of your abilities don't seem to make a genuine impact, and it feels like they failed the school of game development. Any buff that must be cast in combat has to provide a bonus that is better than the player just simply attacking, otherwise the player will just attack with "insert highest damage skill". Smh went from needing to grind or build perfect synergies to avoid getting cockslapped to death by a demon to just boredom.
All of my yes. I have no idea how you can drop the ball on the actual gameplay and scenes so hard. Making items borderline unusable surely is a decision of all time. Incombat healing is also limited by LP, which is also a finite resource and if you run out of it, you can't even resurrect characters in battle.

I have a feeling the dev wanted to make a 'real rpg' and realized halfway it was alot of work, so just released whatever he had finished so far. Great artwork, mediocre sex scenes, atrocious gameplay that consists of 'grinding social links' without any of the actual interesting parts of grinding social links.

The game was in development hell and the dev was silent for year without any news. I guess dev was trying to add many things but the game get too complicated and buggy, so he removed most of them and released the game as it is since the game had been in development for too long.

Starts off decent, but then you hit a mountain of shitty grind because the dungeon bosses get several orders of magnitude stronger than the one you fought 3 floors ago. Definitely feels like a case of 'whoops the game is only 2 hours long, quick make the player grind for 20 hours'.

Damn the relationship Grind/ Personality grind is REAL. Even with infinite days, it still takes a shit ton amount of IRL time to progress relationship with NPCs (and there are a lot of relationship even with generic NPCs) and the stat/personality grind is tediously slow.

+20/ 100 (per relationship level) per day/interaction is too low, it should've been 50-100 (while unrealistic it is still a better QOL since there is no interaction in increasing relationship).

I remember some stat that would make you get like 60+, but either was hacked or edited, the grind is so annoying

Reading the comments here it seem that the sequel doesn't have a time limit. Which is nice, because the previous game would softlock you if you were really bad or saved at night the last day of the dungeon limit.

Actually Violated Heroine is pretty light on the preg mechanics. The game with the most preg mechanics is LonaRPG. She goes through morning sickness, can miscarry from too much damage to her crotch or chest, requires food to feed the baby and food for her lactation, and it takes a gigantic amount of days to progress to birth. If you give birth and it's not a true monster baby then you are also able to use that baby as a second life if you die and they inherit anything you saved in your bank. Violated Heroine is however the most indepth game I've seen for the permanence of "things". The effect of her losing her purity, her vagina and anus getting looser, and sexual skill improving through practice.
