Actually Violated Heroine is pretty light on the preg mechanics. The game with the most preg mechanics is LonaRPG. She goes through morning sickness, can miscarry from too much damage to her crotch or chest, requires food to feed the baby and food for her lactation, and it takes a gigantic amount of days to progress to birth. If you give birth and it's not a true monster baby then you are also able to use that baby as a second life if you die and they inherit anything you saved in your bank. Violated Heroine is however the most indepth game I've seen for the permanence of "things". The effect of her losing her purity, her vagina and anus getting looser, and sexual skill improving through practice.
VH was the OG when it came to pregnancy (iirc Lona devs have said VH was an inspiration). It was not the first game that featured pregnancy but was ahead of its time by putting together so many elements together: like trimestral progression (with custom sprits/cgs), a fertility system (and dialogue took it into account), womb view, monologues when going to bed, the babies having sprites along with a spiel about who the father is, and the writing taking into account purity/dirty (that said it is very binary with no in-between). Other games might have done certain things better, but as a whole package no other game has come close to VH's level of pregnancy immersion.

I'm upset. This game is much inferior in all aspects to the first part, which means that journeys 3 and 4 are probably not worth waiting. It's a pity because I liked the first part and the elements of social communication as a Persona, unfortunately the developer could not bring this matter to mind and we have what we have in the second part.

Does anyone know where/when Miu likes to hang out? I can see all the other party members but her I haven't been able to find despite having her in the party.

Vaginas getting "looser" is the most ridiculous thing in porn. People who think that sex can lead to loose vaginas are utter morons who failed biology or just misogynstic morons who want some rationale as to why women having a sex life (that doesn't involve them) is bad.

Child birth can lead to a termporarily loosened vagina, which is, you know, required for the act of giving birth and which is reversed after a while. But unless you have a knife for a dick it will never influence the shape of a vagina. Ever. So while that's a mechanic, I'd say it's one that cheapens any game it is in.

The pregnancy mechanic in this game is beyond simple. Have sex, get a popup a few days after, get another in each trimester and have your sister react. Then after a long while give birth at the hospital - which is admittedly a nice scene. But afterwards it's like the child never existed, which cheapens the entire experience even more.

not the point. Do we have the same heroines? Yes. So I'll take it as the second part. By the way, is there any news from the developer? is he already working on a new game or new part of it?

Look. I get trying to do good in society, but no need to lie. The loss of tension from childbirth can be quite permanent. For one thing, the pubic symphysis is changed irreparably and that affects all the muscles and more importantly, the ligaments. Ask any mother of 4, over 40, how often they're peeing when they laugh or sneeze. It's residual damage from childbirth. Also, if something rips, that is also not temporary. Muscles can get back tone, but ligaments are more of a one way thing. Or worse, they make a knot of scar tissue and then penetration is painful from then on. There is probably 2,000 years of human history where objects like benwa balls existed both for sexual pleasure, and trying to recapture function lost thanks to being a mom. Long before internet dudebro. Long before Tates. Physical therapy exists specifically for the pelvic floor. It's a literal wing of the medical field.

Human bodies take damage. They get worn out from what a person does. The vagina isn't magic, it is not the one exception. It can be damaged to. Don't go so far into philogyny that you begin having magical thinking and post misinformation with the mindset that anything to the contrary is hate rather than medical accuracy. Nobody is here to get wokescolded, particularly when they're in a thread about a game that is dub-con as a central theme.

TL;DR = You're demonstrating a lack of medical knowledge, spitefulness towards others in calling them morons, and a heap of Dunning-Kruger.
