Depends what you're into? Rule34 has tons of furries/cartoon and western style drawing on it. You'll rarely see pirated content there though. I'd say sankakucomplex is complete although mostly is anime, but you have to create an account and login to see some of the hardcore tags, otherwise it's blocked. If you're looking for patreon/fanbox rewards you can find it on exhentai (not e-hentai).
