Via sleeping or special item in the shop (I don't remember which one).

This game was amazing. I especially liked the mother ending. Karin can go full slut and still end up happy with her kids. This is also the case with the courtesan ending. Usually when you go over a certain lewd ceiling ending just becomes "she saved the world and now gets gangbanged by homeless people daily". Genuinely suprised, don't see these types of endings in this genre.

Just run (doubleclick) GameUpdate.bat.
It will download the latest patch from GitLab.
If you are worried about what's in that suspicious file, you can always righclick and edit to look the source code.
However, all of the games on this site are tested by moderators before publication, so no need to worry.

It is different now since the patch is updated separately from the forum. People should check the repo before running it.
