save 2 is right in front of the voretoad if you want to fight or get scenes(I lowkey am not levelled up or anything but the fight isnt hard so gl)
save 3 is just completed ig
idk what global save does but ill include it anw if it helps
virgin clear so you'll have to do some work if you want to get the released lust scenes

Well, I wouldn't call it "pretty fast" unless you're speaking relatively to a lot of western games on here, lmao. And it was a buggy mess for twice as long.
But yes, I'm pretty confident he will eventually finish this gem.

not much it takes like... 20-40 minutes maximum to get through the game since its still in beta
also is it just me or is it so lag in voretoad nest ?
oh right can i ask where can you get the breast milk pump ? ( i tried to talk to the alchemist, nothing happen, only buy pregnancy pills )

theres a whole process for it but basically you must get pregnant from the tentacle things attached to the ground that sorta pull you in(you could also just get pregnant from them by jumping into a pool of cum and letting them attack you) when you give birth the thing you birthed is going to attach itself to you, go see the alchemist hes going to send you on a quest, do quest and he will give you the milk pump

If the version in the OP is truly authentic then next patch better have some serious optimization lmao, game size practically doubled and the new area lags a lot

Some saves work and others dont depending on version the save files provided you are speaking of were probably mine from about 3 versions ago. To my knowledge its changed mechanics but the flags remain.
The pump should come from the alchemist like normal you just have to reach him while pregnant and give birth to the tentacle bra there with him. (it was a bit of a speed run for me at first).
at some point ill drop another save set up but yeah thats pretty much how you get the steam pumps.

I don't get it. I finished the alchemists quests, got the breast pump, removed the anoying panties and now I have no idea how to move on to the next area. There are these three dogs but the trap door is closed. There is also another door in front of the lantern of this area, that won't also not open. Any suggestions?

In the area with the dogs you need to crawl to the right. The current design doesn't make it very obvious.
