Download Cheat Engine 7.+
Install Cheat Engine
Launch Cheat Engine
Open the process using the icon (monitor with a magnifying glass) and select the game process
Using the folder icon, select the cheat table and load it.
Then start the game and go to the Cheat Engine and activate the script with the left mouse button
Freeze or change the values, or select the values you need from the drop-down menu by clicking in the same column.

Sorry to beg here, would it possible to get an updated video of the gallery CGs and the new boss? I'm away from my PC for awhile.

If you already played the game, just save game when you are in final location (where you have notice thanks for playing)
And then you can move same save from one version to another.
Start new game make quick save to create new folder. Close game. Go to LocalLow/B-flat and take save from previous version and move it to new one that was just created.
Now load that save, interact with thanks for playing - it will ask to visit dev, and then ask if you want to unlock gallery...
Done!

' that's planned for release late January 2026. Allegedly, 2 weeks ago, dev said they'd be releasing a demo of it pretty soon. So look forward to that, and we can probably expect an uncensored version too since the announcement was made in english on their patreon.

Looks pretty "meh" to me though, I have to say. Using motion tweening instead of actual animations never fails to make something look like complete crap, and the monster designs are all utterly "standard" as far as I can tell as well. I doubt it will be all that great of a game really, regardless if judging it by the visuals, the mechanics or the sex. It all just looks so bland and uninspired...
