Quick heads-up: there is a major (as in, game-breaking) issue with current development branch (custom deepthroat taboo commit).
Nora's first serum is nowhere on the list of either research or serum design, making research tier progression impossible. Managed to snag enough time to verify this on clean installation of the most recent base+bugfix+mod (both experimental development versions of the latter).
I do wonder if the resarch tiering (something very welcome on its own, thank you for that major QoL change) has something to do with it.
tl;dr: Nora's first trait is impossible to add to a serum (or see in research listing). Obviously can't verify if the same applies for the rest of hers.
Also, a minor niggle that I think I may have mentioned before: events that modify characters' wardrobe could use "re-equip" check at their end (unless it's intended that the new clothes were in use). Otherwise it's possible to run into severe interal inconsistency where other characters do not react to "slutty" appearance even when they have explicit events related to such progression.
As an example, a "lingerie showoff" with Lilly followed by "morning breakfast with family" gives something like this, where extremely low-sluttiness Jennifer acts like Lilly is wearing "regular" clothing despite blowing up about Lilly's event-set "underwear" appearance at even higher own sluttiness level:

Admittedly, this is the result of pumping up event frequency to 33/15, so presumably not a lilely combination with base chance, but this applies very much to all the game.
Basically, if a temporary wardrobe modificiation is not intended to be persistent past the event, it would really, really help to add a "re-dressing" call at its end (presumably after the end of the particular scene).
But, again - that's a really minor thing. Meanwhile, getting stonewalled with Nora's research simply breaks the game
Thought I'd get some time in with the new developments, but alas - apparently time to be productive instead.
