How do u hire strippers to your office? Like is there any event that gives you ownership of the strip club?

Let's be real, the search function on this forum is dogshit. And the way you're supposed to gain ownership of the strip club is notorious for simply not working.
I guess I should actually answer the question. Wait until your aunt and cousin move out, then catch your cousin trying to steal from your sister. Blackmail her into finding out she's stripping and promise not to tell your aunt. Eventually you're suppose to be able to tell your aunt, but I've never gotten the prompt to do so, so I suspect you can't have employed her at that point. Then apparently... stuff happens? and your aunt can strip, and the strip club closes down and you can buy it.
I don't know how the last few steps work because I can't get them to trigger.

I believe it is also now tied to Starbuck's sexshop, do not remember the details though (think you need to get her slutty enough?) I know the offer to purchase (from the bank several [weeks]? after it shuts down) initially goes to Starbuck who forwards it to you...
I remember in an earlier playthrough I got the prompt to tell the aunt.. but I was always fast forwarding and did not notice what happened after.. but in that playthrough the sexshop owner also had 100 sluttiness but the game pace was set to the worst setting. In my new play through it is the fastest.. so I will wait. Thanks for the answer !
As mentioned earlier the search function is extremely poor always has been. The explanation previously as highlighted does not explain how to get control of the strip club it does not give a guide only hints at what may work as the triggers are so inconsistent. I have never been able to trigger it in all the playthroughs about one hundred since the mod started and have been at the blackmail part at least twenty times so I cannot even give a guild either. If you can go on discord, you may get a decent answer from one of the main devs I personally can't use discord or rather will not use it for security reasons.

It would be nice for "somebody" to summarize all the questlines and event triggering actions. Right now, any new player has to start reading the whole original game thread, plus this one from the very beginning.
Concerning the strip club, talking by memory, it's started by investing in the sex-shop until maxed out. I'm not sure if Gabrielle's blackmailing event (wich is started quite after they move from your house) has to be already started, but better be safe than sorry.

It really doesn't matter. Once the club location is accesible, just focus on investing.
You guys are really shooting yourselves in the foot by not "exploring" what the game has to offer 
I don't think the Cousin/Aunt are *needed* for starting the strip club acquisition events. Their story arc is a way to "find" the strip club if you haven't already found it. (Cousin staying out late and Aunt is worried) I've stumbled across the strip club before they even entered the picture simply by walking around downtown a few times.
I believe the strip club acquisition is tied strongly to developing the sex shop's story. You have to get Cara's business back on track so she's making a profit. Story wise, this makes sense 'cause she was in the red until you invested in her and helped her store get on its feet. That's when her banker starts respecting her business and suggests she buy the abandoned strip club.
I *think* you do want to discover your cousin at the strip club as well for story fluidity sake since you'll be asking her to call up her ex-colleagues as part of the strip club acquisition when you're restaffing the place.
tldr I don't think you can really get locked out of this chain of events but just make sure you're progressing Cara's story and your Cousin/Aunt's story.

And yet before I gave up on this build, I did weeks of game after maxing out the sex shop without ever seeing any sign of purchasing the strip club, so this is not the case. There is simply something else involved. What, I do not know, but the option is simply not always there.
In my first playthrough, I had maxed out the sex shop, I was also able to let the Aunt know Cousin was working in the club.. but the pace I set was way too slow so I could not trigger it I guess. I already got some tips from the old (outdated) guides for 1st week and taboo breaking, and I hired some employees, established a basic production/selling chain, banged Steph, and started working on Lily's taboos.
What events should I look out or prepare for? How do I even approach Jennifer to start working on her taboos? Can I initiate sex on demand without burning energy on groping? Are generic employees worth any attention?

In my gameplay, I always focus my MC in production, supply and 1 point to marketing, as Steph is the one who will do the research; then I hire a worthy random for "supply" (reloading if nobody in the batch meets the standards, tedious as hell but saves a lot of money), and try to keep 100 $ for helping Jennifer every Saturday morning.
Meet Camila (Lifestyle coach) ASAP, and select only 2 actions on every field (the easier ones are Work a day and Stable income/ Liquidity for Stat Goals; Face of the Bussiness and Practical Chemistry (if you focused on Production) for Work Goals; Plenty of Fish and Tongue Twister for Sex Skills. Spending any spare point in Sex Skill in Stamina is almost mandatory, beyond that foreplay, and once is maxed out, spend the rest as you like. About Camila, later on in the game, I'd suggest you to intimate with her.
Before week 2, the company balance should be stable, not earning much but not loosing it either; and by that time, you will meet Sarah (if you stay in your house) (a good HR), Ashley (while working, via Steph request) (Steph sister, for Production*) and your ex-girlfriend Alex (Downtown event) (for Marketing).
About relationships, you should work on Steph (for research tier upgrade) and Sarah (if you want a more than satisfactory result when you catch her stealing bust enhancers), and finally Ashley, for the sisters sub-quest.
You should focus on the profit in early serums, ignore effects and attention until you reach Tier 2.
* In previous releases, you could move Ashley from production to whatever area you like, R&D in my case; when randomly asked to send her to a seminar, I assigned her for research, boosting the thing.
Those are the basics for the first 2 months or so (-without cheating at all-). Believe me when I tell you'll be busy as hell, trying to squeeze every turn and fighting not to run out of energy... and dealing with THE F***ING CLARITY.

Sometimes after sex I get a message "no effect on sluttiness". What does this depend on? Any general tips how to sex?
Is it important if I get mom to work for me? Is it something I should do eventually, or is there different content for either case?
How exactly does drug production work? The tutorial wasn't clear about that. My best guess is "workers contribute production points, points are divided between different production lines, when a line reaches its goal (dependent on the design) you get a batch". Is that it?

How do I meet these two? I'm already starting week 3 and there was no mention of them.
Different acts give you sluttiness until you hit the cap. Ideally when that happens try going for other positions or acts. Now their suggestiveness seems to allow for higher limits so getting that higher is one possible strategy, ideally do this via serums or the personal cum serum as clarity points are valuable and once you hit 30 base points cum doesn't seem to buff it anymore regardless of the source for the permanent buff.
Getting your mother to work for you is an option. It is not needed and doing so while giving you some content also means you can lose other content. The big benefit is that being her boss means you can more easily (for free) get past her taboo events.

When you get that message means more daring actions are required to increase it. The easier way is create a serum with any suggestion boost and keep flirting with her, and perform some foreplay actions. Check her preferences 1st. Suggestion works as a way to "set" any lust increase she experences and prevent her to lose it right after the encounter; so the higher the value and the more it lasts, the better. Usually, is better to adjust serum durations to prevent overdosing.
If you decide to dose your employees during the working hours ("Daily serum dosage" policy), serum duration should be 4, 5 maximum (morning, afternoon, evening and night)
About Jennifer's, depends on player's preferences. She got the option to keep working normally or do it in a more sluttier way (that will depend on how you manage the situation). Later on you can offer her to work for you, either at the corp or at your NightClub.
You can also start a relation with her and/ or with Lily, as part of your harem... but all these options are available later in the game.
Serum production is really quite simple: max production is (obviously) 100%, when you unlock an extra production line via "Production line expansion" (allowing you to produce more than one serum at time) that 100% has to be distributed among the different lines.
"Batch size improvement" unlocks means you get more serums per line once their production is finished.
Sarah should visit you if staying at home instead go working. BTW, you need to create a position for an HR in your company (500 $) via "Other policies" at CEO's office once you decide to hire her. And for Ashley, I'm not sure if depends on relationship level or is a random event where Steph talks with the MC while working, and ask him to take a look at her sister's CV.

I'm trying to blackmail the cousin but it keeps saying "Blackmailed too recently", any ideas what console command or what I should do to reset it? I had to use console commands to blackmail her manually. "add_cousin_blackmail_hint_action(cousin)"
