So the mom keeps putting on underwear even though I selected loves "not wearing anything" and loves "not wearing underwear". I also deleted her wardrobe and only made her wear custom full outfits. So what now?

Have you tried talking to her in the "look at her wardrobe/what she's wearing" section and told her to stop wearing underwear or has that gone? I've not played latest version yet.

Found a bunch of Sex store events that just show up as textbox and that only describe an encounter. The text even starts with: 'In this encounter....etc'. Still to be implemented I guess?

Is her sluttiness maxed out? I think if a girl's sluttiness is too low for an outfit, the Opinions just modify that, they don't completely cancel it out.

each girl has a different fertility modifier, on top of each of them have a different peak ferity time of the month during the weak of peak fertility they have their max fertility modifier, other wise pregnancy chance is just 1.0%
then there is depending on the mode anti pregnancy drug, which most girls will be using. that drops pregnancy chance by 99% as long as it is in effect.
you can see their fertility data with the (!) sign next to each girls name.
once they are pregnancy, they will tell you after a couple week after they are pregnant. after that they will go though 2 more week with no visible body change. then over course of several month they will have they body model changed. and if they work for you, you can collect their lacateed milk and sell it like a product. once the kid is born they will disappear but their statistic will be recorded.
Once I moved Emily Vanderberg to the mansion, Christina stopped being available on the map as her house disappeared. I cannot bring her to mansion now. Candace Hooper disappeared from map after I told her to move to mansion with her house as well. It looks like a bug.

First you got to make 2 girls your girlfriend, then the option 'Ask her to join your harem' will be available. Though it should be updated to 'Ask her to join your Polycule'
I have no idea how to bring Christine Vanderberg to harem mansion. It requires 110 of Love and I dont see an option to talk with a husband. Any hint? Or it was not introduced yet?

What happened to Stop Taking Birth Control? I have a girl past 160 Obeidence and love greater than 30 but I am not getting the option to tell them to stop taking birth control when trying to order them in the Talk about birth control.
I did try a playthrough where that didn't happen too. No matter how much potions i've fed her. Is there any specific requirement that i didn't reach?

I don't think there is an actual compiled version, but if you don't mind a little bit of work you can dl the dev build from GitGud and Renpy for a Linux system from Renpy's site.
