I think in the latest develop versions they changed the nanobots events a bit and, as a result, they break your previous saves (including the "persistent" folder) - be sure to delete/move all the related folders in %AppData%\Roaming\RenPy

EDIT 2: Another potential "exploit" bug (not very important since you can already cheat), it seems like you can phone flirt an indefinitely until you run out of energy, unlike phone chats where it is limited.

For the Cara Thrace & Aunt storyline at the sex shop, is taking lingerie photos of the two the furthest the story goes currently, or is there something else i need to do to advance the pair? (if it matters, i'm playing the 09/23 all-in-one since the beta build stuff is too much for my small brain to figure out.)
And while on the topic, can the sex store uniform outfit slutiness threshold ever increase above 20? Cara's stats don't appear to affect this cap at all.

there are 2 main contributors: Tristimdorion who does coding, and LazyStarbuck who does writing. Starbuck has been swamped with work, and wanted to wait until they had enough time to do a large chunk and call it a release rather than the small changes that they've done in their spare time. (this is an oversimplification)

Any ideas on how far along they are compared to the version on the OP from September 2023.

will I have to start a new game from the beta to the new stable is the question. I don't mind restarting but doing it alot is annoying.
Get her a drink then add serum. Also looking at your screenshot it looks like you haven't done the other basic steps yet, like inviting her to lunch date, get her number, then phone flirt her until she stop adding sluttiness, etc.
