Anyone knows how to rehire Ashley? I hired her as production ssistant following the story but she left for some reason (I probably accepted her resign by accident). Is there way or console command to hire her back?

There's no option to hire her back. it's probably because she's a main character. Anyway, I had to load a save from 2 days ago to fix it.
Hey, guys. I've got a couple of questions and hopin' to get answers here.
1) What's the use of +/- max arousal traits? Except for obvious lengthening/shortening of sex scenes.
2) Got a new serum trait called R3D R0535 ("Red Rose"). I feel like the description of its negative aspects is unfinished, and it has really good effects, so it looks like there is some sort of catch. Does anyone know about it? Cause I don't want to accidentally turn all my employees into bimbos or smth.

1.) Trance is triggered with orgasm, so lowered max arousal is helpful for that. I'm not sure what good increased arousal is besides roleplaying.
2.) Series of cheat traits added with VT-mod. They don't really have negatives other than making everything pathetically easy and spelling errors.

Mom's quest i ended by advise her to invite her to work for me. i not see Mom's boss and from here not see boss's daughter (Emily? or Iris?) in the Vanderberg's office. in 2023 version this been ok - i get to know Emily in University - she ask me to tutor her. i go to her home and all was ok. but this is 2023 and here 2025 version - many things was re-ploted other way - in that my last hope is.
now she not give me option to tutor her. without tutoring her Christine will not invite me to family dinner -> i cannot "fullsize" fuck this Trophy wife.
or am i fuckuped somewhere?

Did you progress through the Nora quest-line? If I remember correctly, I still got an introduction to her as a result of doing research on Noras traits (when you go to hand in the research, you'll bump into her if it's not the weekend) which later resulted in her asking for tutoring when entering the university area.

ah... right! i forgot about Nora. no i remember about Nora but that memory about pre-facelifted 2023 version. and 2025 version have many remodelling of plot.
so it is like with Win10 when you become old and become usual to win7 haha... so many very very new - you feel youself missed, even lost.

Once a day if the woman's energy is above 60 it rolls a random chance (based on sluttiness, the depth of their relationship, her opinions on bareback sex, and her personality) to set the woman's arousal to 30 and reduce happiness by 5, representing "an unsatisfying sexual encounter" with her man. It will also add to a counter. When the counter gets high enough it will trigger a scene where the girl complains to you that her man isn't getting her off, opening the door for you to "help out" by fucking her. Continued applications will eventually cause them to break up.
There is nothing special you have to do. Just put it in a serum and keep giving it to them. Everything you are confused about is just flavor text to justify how it works.
