you can hire Jennifer (his mom) to work as secretary, to do that you must progress her story, and tell her she does not need promotion, tell her she should work for you instead, that's how i got her, if she already promoted go to Vandenberg Ltd lobby and talk to receptionist, and ask to speak with Jennifer, and tell her to leave work, and work for you instead, you can also hire Lily (his sister) to work for you after it

revenge maybe? it is one from your early desisions about her. well you may try to install 0x52_URM and when "route detected" or "selection detected" or some of that sort will pop on the screen - look into that small window. maybe you will can select other route in which you hire her as your house maid.

I unpacked the RPA with the game' rpys, but I do not see in the rpy the procedure that will result in a change in the status of the club, which will become the owner of the MC. I don't want to change anything in variables (no, I can change the status of the club by making the MC its owner. but (!!!) - there is one thing, BUT practice shows the futility of headless voluntarism)
